I called around 4 places and couldn’t find an any place to fit me in without an appointment. Until I called Midas. Jay, said “come on in we’ll take care of you” set an appointment for 1:30. Even though I was late, Jay assured me I’d be out in under an hour. Within 5 minutes of arriving, my car was on the lift and being worked on. Outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be back.

The service I received was beyond expectations. The staff was and are amazing. RJ kept me updated on the progress for what I had to get done. The mechanic that worked on my truck was solid. He was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. I felt that they were not trying to take advantage of me nor price gauging and adding extra services. They even worked with me on the price as it could have been more expensive.

My name is Angelic Rosas. On 05/09/26 I arrived at Midas located at. I brought my car in because my AC was not working and car overheating. They ran a diagnostic. I brought the car back in on 05/11/2026 because it took me 6 hours from Tampa to the shop. When I got to the shop Jay was there again. He took my keys; I left him the car for 10 hours to find out what was wrong with it. Waiting for a call from them never received one, so I gave them a call, and they said that they must replace the thermostat and my cost will be $249.47 including labor. Then I asked again, “is that going to fix the overheating problem and my AC problem and he said yes it will”. They worked on my car and at 5:30 I went to pick up my car. As I waited for Jay to come up front to charge me, he said that while bringing my car over the car shut off and wil

From the Devera Family: We're glad that we recently bought 8 new tires from Midas. Service Advisor Jeay's guidance was exemplary. The lifetime warranty which he explained so well was excellent. In fact, I already received free and prompt tire care and inspection when the warning light came on. Just recently, Service Tech Nick quickly found the long nail that punctured my rear tire -- he was prompt and very thorough with his inspection. I'd already advised all my relatives and friends to get their new tires from this Midas location.
